Our prices are low, inviting and comparable to the less expensive motel rooms in the area. What we offer is more privacy, fully equipped kitchen and a peaceful, clean, homey atmosphere. As listed in the price chart, we also offer discounts for longer stays (3 nights weekend or week long stays) as well as lower prices during weekdays.
Prices are nonnegotiable, unless for longer than two weeks stay.

1 Night Stay:
We welcome you for one night if the cabin is not reserved (last minute trips).
Check In/Check Out:
Cabin is ready for guests from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check out hour is at or before 12:00 noon.
In the event that there were no prior guests leaving the day of your arrival, we welcome you from 11:00 AM. If there are no guests scheduled to arrive on that day of your departure, we welcome you to stay until 4:00 PM.
Seasonal rentals for a month or longer.
We offer seasonal rentals for a month or longer. Please contact us for details. We recommend that you reserve the cabin in advance if you are interested in a longer term / seasonal rental, to ensure that the dates you are interested in don't have any bookings yet.
Last minute getaway trips:
Many people take spontaneous trips! If you spontaneously decide that you would like to visit Catskill Mountains please call us to check if our bungalow is available for your last minute getaway trip. We welcome last minute guests!

We will inform you as to the availability of the bungalow for the dates requested and send an e-mail to you with instructions on how to pay online with your credit or debit card. You can also mail your payment in the form of Postal Money Order. Reservations will be confirmed after the payment is received.
If you already contacted us and want to pay in full please use "Pay in Full Now" form.
Please note: If we do not get any response within 24 hours of sending an e-mail, pre-reservation will be automatically canceled. Please let us know if you decided to send a postal money order, so we can keep your reservation as pending for the next few days.
By making reservations you agree to the following:
Cancellations: If you terminate your reservation 60 days or more prior to the start of your rental, you will receive a FULL refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay made 51-59 days prior to arrival date - 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment, 41-50 days - 20% will be deducted, 31-40 days - 35% will be deducted, 14-30 days - 50% will be deducted, 8-13 days - 75% will be deducted, within 7 days prior to the start of rental - no refund will be issued and we will keep your payment.

There are no refunds for one night stay payments.
Cancellation, early departure or late arrival does not warrant any refund . No refunds will be issued for early departure or late arrival. By making reservations you certify that you agree with ALL terms in our Rental Agreement
