1. How far from NYC is the bungalow located?
We are about 140 miles (about 2 ½ - 3 hours) from NYC.  VIEW MAP (directions from NYC and I-87).  Take exit 20 or 21 from I-87 to get to us.
2. How far from Albany is the cabin?
We are only about 50 minutes away from Albany, NY.
3. How far are you from Windham, or Hunter, NY?
We are 10 miles away from Windham, and 15 miles from Hunter, NY.
4. What County is your bungalow in?
We are located in Greene county, on the very border with Schoharie County and Delaware County.
5. Is the bungalow in a secluded area?
We are located in a small town (about 650 residents), on a quiet and peaceful side street.  There are houses and neighbors near the bungalow as you would see in any other town.  We are NOT "in the woods".  We are in walking distance from Main Street.
6. Are the any stores near by where I can purchase food?
Yes. You can walk from the cabin to the grocery store (Great American) on main street.
7. Can I get to your cabin by public transportation?
Yes, you can! You can take a bus here from NYC Port Authority.  The bus will leave you in walking distance from the bungalow.
8. Do you offer more than one bungalow?
At this time, this is the only bungalow that we offer.
9. Can I rent the cabin for more than 3 guests?
Our bungalow is set up for up to 3 guests only. It might not be comfortable for a bigger group. It is ideal for a couple, or a couple with a child.  3 adults are also welcome to rent the cabin. Please contact us if you have more questions.
10. Are there any plates, glasses or utensils in the cabin?
Yes. Kitchen is equipped in all the basic accessories.
11. Are linens and/or towels provided?
Yes, both linens and towels are provided.
12. Is there internet connection available in the bungalow?
Yes! Wireless High Speed Internet Wi-Fi connection is available.
13. Is there a TV in the cabin?
Yes. Small TV with Basic Cable Programming is provided.
14. What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 2PM. Check out is at or before noon. 
(You are welcome to check in a little earlier or leave later IF there are no quests arriving or leaving on the selected dates).
15. Is there a lake by the cabin?
No, but there is a Schoharie Creek in walking distance from the bungalow. (Fishing OK).
16. What other places are there to visit that are in walking distance?
In addition to Schoharie Creek you can take a walk to Pratt Rock Park for a picnic with beautiful views.  On your way there you can visit the Prattsville Museum.
17. What are some attractions and things to do in the local area?
Catskill mountains are filled with beautiful places to see with plenty of lakes, beautiful mountain views, hiking, biking, skiing, etc. There are festivals during spring, summer and fall, as well as skiing during winter.

18. Is there a wood stove in the bungalow?
No.  Bungalow is heated for the winter with electric heaters.
19. What are your booking rules?
In order to reserve the cabin a deposit of at least half of the total price or payment in full is required. Payments can be made online through Paypal or in the form of Postal Money Order.
Cancellations: If you terminate your reservation 21 days or more prior to the start of the rental you will receive a FULL refund, 14-20 days - 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment, 8-13 days -70% cancellation fee will be deducted, within 7 days prior to the start of the rental - we will keep your payment. In case of 5 nights or longer reservation, minimum 30 days notice of cancellation prior to the start of the rental required to qualify for a full refund.
20. Do you offer seasonal rentals for a month or longer?
Yes. We recommend that you contact us in advance if you are interested in a longer term rental, so you can reserve dates that don't have any bookings yet.
