24. What are your booking rules?
In order to reserve the cabin a deposit of at least half of the total price or payment in full is required. Payments can be made online via our booking system or through Paypal.
By making reservations you agree to all terms in our Rental Agreement.
25. Do you offer seasonal rentals for a month or longer?
Yes. We recommend that you contact us in advance if you are interested in a longer term rental, so you can reserve dates that don't have any bookings yet.
26. Why are 1 night stays "last minute" only, and what is "last minute"?
Most vacation rental owners don't offer 1 night stays at all.  This is because getting the cabin prepared for guests, heating the cabin (winter), being available for check in and check out, and then cleaning the cabin again after guests leave the following day, does not leave much room for profit.  This is why, even though we offer 1 night stays, they are offered "last minute" only, if the cabin did not get a longer booking.
"Last minute" means that 1 night booking requests can not be confirmed if they are made more than 1 day before the arrival date.
Feel free to contact us regarding 1 night stay anytime.  We will update you a day before the arrival date to let you know if the cabin is available.
